Hobbit House Class taught by Artisan Fred Cobbs
During this Class you will be completing a Hobbit House. The Hobbit House structure will already be pre assembled for you but You will be painting the floor stone tiles, interior walls, front door, and Fireplace with chimney. You will be gluing bricks around the front door, installing window and molding. Will be assembling walls to the floor and glue on roof boards. You will also be doing all the landscape of applying greenery to roof and some walls and walk way. Then you can decorate with your own flowers or other landscape items. There will be one LED Light inside the house that will come with the house.
You will need to purchase separately a Transformer and Lead in Wire, as well as any extra Landscape items or anything else you would like to get to make your Hobbit House unique.
While taking the Class you will need to bring the following tools:
Paint of your choice for Inside and outside and Wallpaper if you would like wallpaper inside the house or paint for the inside.
Super Glue, Tacky Glue, Xacto Knife and any other tools you may have to work with.
This Class will be held on Saturday and Sunday October 22nd & 23rd, 2022 from 9:00am till around 5:00pm. The Class will be held at Fred Cobbs Home. This will be a real treat because his whole collections will be available for sale at 15% discount. You will be able to see all his dollhouses, furniture and accessories he has available. Class is Limited to 10 spots. There is a payment plan option of $50.00 down at time of sign up, with remaining due 2 weeks before start of Class, if you would like to do a payment plan versus pay in full you must call the shop at 770-923-8500 in order to do this.
