1/4" Scale Kristiana Tudor Kit w/o Shingles

This is our Kristiana Tudor 1:48 (Quarter Scale) dollhouse kit.   It measures 12" W x 6" D x 10" H. This is a large quarter scale kit. Ceiling height 2 7/8". Kit comes with everything needed to assemble as in the picture to include, window frames, etched plexiglas window inserts, doors, detailed fretwork interior wall, and more. Pictured is a non-painted completed house for a reference to give you a good idea of all the detail. No shingles included
