This Ashley Gothic Dollhouse comes in a kit form, made from birch plywood. This is a Victorian large half scale kit. Ceiling height is 5" Kit comes with everything needed to assemble as seen in the picture also included are Window frames, Plexiglas window inserts, doors and more. The kit is made for all levels of miniaturist. This is all cabinet grade 1/4" birch wood.
