1/2" Scale Elizabeth Anne Kit

1/2" Scale Elizabeth Anne Victorian Mansion Dollhouse kit made by Oakridge Corp.  This dollhouse kit is in very good condition and complete from a clean, smoke-free collection.  This kit makes a 3-story, 8 room dollhouse with full attic and staircase opening. The wood is 1/16" thick and in original conditional and unopened plastic bag. The components, trims, siding and shingles are not included with the kit will ship in its original box.   Components are standard components from Houseworks, Classics, or Northeastern Trim. The  finished dimensions of house is 24 1/4" L x 11 1/2" D x 20".
