This 2 Wheel Step Cart is handmade by Artisan Fred Cobbs.  Cart has 4 step and each step has an added accessory of flower pots, pots, and animals.  Cart is hand carved wood with metal wheels that actually roll.  Piece is signed and dated by Artisan.
