Alison Jr. Dollhouse, Milled MDF, Assembled Shell

The Milled MDF Alison Jr. dollhouse is one of our most popular 1 inch scale dollhouses. The mansard roof allows for much more decorating space than a traditional colonial style house. You can choose to expand with these options, the JM33 2 story addition or the JM66 conservatory addition which are sold separately.  When you order an assembled shell it means the main building will be assembled with nails and glue.  The windows, doors, railings, and interior trims will also be assembled.  These components are not installed so that painting is much easier.  Once the house and components are painted then they can be glued.  Shingles and trim do come with kit but are not installed or included in price of shell price.
