This is a sterling silver picture frame made by Vladimir Matusovsky ( in 1996), who passed away over ten year ago. This is very tiny, yet has a hinged, adjustable stand. This is decorated in scrolls of filigree on a solid back, and even the stand has (open) filigree, even though it is in such a tiny space. This is made in the traditional Russian style, and is very well made.
