The Belton Bay with Classic exterior window and door package features a hinged opening front with the back open for easy access making this a truly unique design. This nine room house comes complete with milled clap board siding, laser cut interior stair rails with stairs, corbels, exterior stairs, foundation, pre assembled Classic windows, hinge, double front door, and an assembled two story bay window.

The Belton Bay is easily assembled. Locating tabs are positioned in critical areas to ensure accurate construction. The house is computer cut from 2/8″ cabinet grade Baltic Birch.

Overall dimensions are 23 1/3″ wide by 23″ deep by 38″ high.

Floor to Ceiling Height is 1st floor 8 1/2", 2nd and 3rd floor are 10" Each.
