This OOAK Shy Toddler Doll named Chloe is hand sculpted by Artisan Carol McBride.  Chloe is hand sculpted of a mixture of Prosculp and Puppen Fimo Clays.  She is wearing a lime green and white plaid dress with matching bow.  She has white socks and black shoes.  She has bright red/orange hair with a lime green bow on the side.  She has tiny little freckles and rosy cheeks.  She is One of a Kind and has a certificate of Authenticity and is number 3/11.
