The Clarkson craftsman is a great starter house that is two floors high and comes with two large rooms, exterior milled siding, a staircase hallway on first floor, 2nd floor has two extended window dormers, a staircase landing walkway that leads to a French door small bathroom. The house measures outside at 30"wide x 20" deep x 24 high. Kit comes with two working craftsman double windows, three craftsman single working windows, two craftsman non-working single pane windows. Also included is a working craftsman main entry door, two craftsman working interior doors, and one craftsman French door. You also get a craftsman staircase with craftsman newel post and a landing with three posts. Kit requires three (3) bags of our asphalt shingles to complete roof (NOT INCLUDED).
