This Cottage House is handmade by Artisan Fred Cobbs. Cottage has 2 floors with 1 room on each floor. House is made of wood with faux stone and plaster work. Cottage has faux terra cotta roof with moss. Each floor is done in wood plank flooring. Front window has soldered metal mullions. Front door is plank wood with soldered metal handle and hinges. Inside first floor has stone fireplace with embers. Cottage is electrified with LED strip lighting on the first floor and handmade ceiling light on the second floor, as well as lit fireplace embers. Includes transformer and lead in wire. Cottage comes complete with all landscaping. Perfect Little Cottage ready for you to add your unique items.
