The double foyer entry with two-tone curve staircase and 12 arm chandelier is truly a focal point. Some of the customer finishes are raise marble floor, wainscot paneling & the exquisite library with a tray ceiling and built in bookshelves. Floors are real hardwoods and parquet flooring all installed piece by piece , then stained and polyurethane. All lights are artisan lights such as Clarebell Brass, J Getzan, Lighting Bug price over $2500. Custom curtains made by Wilson Santiago from Dollhouses Linens & More. All existing pictures and mirrors go with the dollhouse. Owner has over $10,000 in this dollhouse.
