Gorgeous dollhouse custom finished inside and out by Ken Simon of Miniature Designs. We are selling it through an estate of an adult collector in perfect condition. The exterior siding, windows, and trim is finished in white and with touch of pewter grey on the dentil trim of the Yorktown windows. The matching Yorktown door with side lights is beautifully finish with Barbara Sabia stain glass side lights panes and the center of the 6 paneled door is painted medium blue. Two pair of black coach and one hanging light along with a working door bell. The roof is shingles a faux finished to look like slate. The porch floor and base is all hand laid and mortared cut stone veneered gray/brown blend. The addition patio floor has a circle patterned brick which has been hand painted and faux for to give it more realistic touch.
The interior of this dollhouse can be anywhere from 12-13 rooms depending on how they are used. The Most wallpapers installed are from Les Chinoiseries in Spain. All the floors have real walnut wood floors with the exception of the kitchen and the main entry hall. The kitchen has 1" square linoleum tiles that were hand laid and mortared. The main entry has a gorgeous white marble tile that was laid in a diagonal pattern and mortared. All interior doors, Victorian baseboards, fireplace, bead/board and crown moldings installed. First and second floor have a two tone, white and stain to match floors, curved stairs, making this entry exquisite. The draperies were all custom make by Wilson Santiago of Dollhouse linens and More. Each drape starting at $135 and up. All lights are artisan lights such as Clarebell, Niglo, and Rosel's valued over $1700. The lighting system installed is round wire system and has all been tested and guaranteed to work. This dollhouse is valued at over $15,000.00.
