Georgetown Dollhouse Kit

The Georgetown Kit has 8-9 Rooms plus 3 Hallways. The house measures when assembled 32-1/4" W x 22-3/4"D x 40-1/2" Tall. This is a shell kit only which means no components are included. The front bay is Hinged to Allow Access to Front Rooms

This kit includes:

• Precision cut 3/8" Baltic Birch Plywood
• Porch Decks, Front Steps, & Tower are MDF
• Interior Staircase Kits
• Hinges & Nails
• Easy Assembly Instructions with photos
• Most of these houses can be shipped UPS/FEDEX and the rest must be truck shipped.This house will be shipped either with UPS or FEDEX which ever is less expensive

• Because of the weight of assembled dollhouses or kits the shipping charges will be billed separately from the cost of the dollhouse or kit.
