Vintage hand painted and hand sculptured fine china bowl with delicately painted light pink roses and green green leaves. Two raised roses on each side of the bowl along with a gold scalloped pattern surrounding the outer rim of the bowl. Artist is by Jean Welch,, Teresa Welch mother from China Closet in 1991.
