This Hobbit House is made by Artisan Fred Cobbs. House is considered 1:12 Scale but inside may need smaller furniture and accessories do to the size. House has grass/moss covered on sides and top of house. Has faux stone chiminey and round front door and small round window that is trimmed in faux bricks. Outside landscaping is complete with grass, moss, and flowers. Inside of House has faux stone flooring with slated wood ceiling. Comes with inside fireplace with embers and coals and wooded 2 shelf free standing knick knack shelf. Inside door has soldred metal detail design. House is electrified with 1 LED strip light, as well as fireplace embers and coals light up, comes with transformer and lead in wire.
