Octagon Assembled Dollhouse

This is a very unique house! Called the "Octagon" House, it is really "just 1/2 the octagon. Hinge 2 together for a fabulous full closing house! All components as shown are included (exterior doors, windows, railings, shutters, lattice work, front stairs). With the exception of the front stairs, all are precision laser cut. The interior has 4 large rooms as well as stairs and railing.

• 3/8" cabinet grade baltic birch plywood - clapboard milled in!
• Pre-assembled with windows, door, posts, railing, and gingerbread trim. Shingles not included.
• All components and trims are temporarily tacked on for shipping.
• Most of these houses can be shipped UPS/FEDEX and the rest must be truck shipped.
• Because of the weight of assembled dollhouses and kits, shipping will be billed separately from the cost of the dollhouse or kit.
