The shotgun house traditionally has three rooms on the ground floor: living room,bedroom in the middle, and kitchen in the rear, with atiny bathroom tuckedinto the inside corner of the kitchen. Side opening with hinged roof. Includes 1 door, 13 windows, laser railings on the porch.

• 3/8" cabinet grade baltic birch plywood.
• Pre-assembled with windows, door, posts, railing, and gingerbread trim. Shingles not included.
• All components and trims are temporarily tacked on for shipping.
• Most of these houses can be shipped UPS/FEDEX and the rest must be truck shipped.
• Because of the weight of assembled dollhouses and kits, shipping will be billed separately from the cost of the dollhouse or kit.
