This Gorgeous Victorian Sterling Estate Dollhouse comes with everything shown but the addition is a Mansard Style with a Gazebo Porch. This originally was a kit but it is no longer being made. The Siding is milled into the Cabinet grade wood so there is no MDF like most house now being made by Real Good Toys now. This house was professional finished by our master builder, Ken Simon and primed in the inside. The house is a perfect gift for someone that want to just decorated. We have additional matching paints for touch up, interior stairs and the steps for the front porch.
