This Hobbit House was created and made by Artisan Fred Cobbs. Hobbit House has faux stone and beautiful landscaping. Back of house is open to 2 floors. Interior has wood flooring, faux stone fireplace with working embers and coals. Top floor has handmade soldered loft railing. House is electrified with LED strip lighting and working fireplace. Transformer and Lead In Wire are includes. Front of House has wooden door with soldered metal hinge and accents, has a cute little bird house on side of house. Piece is signed by Artisan.
