This Thatch Roof Cottage is hand made by Artisan Fred Cobbs. Exterior of Cottage has faux stone work with faux stone fireplace chimney. Cottage has side bay window as well as small window in front as well as window on front door and small side window on second floor, all with soldered leaded pane glass. Cottage has a faux thatching roof. Cottage sits on base that is done with landscaping. Cottage is 2 floors, first floor has the bay window as well as faux stone fireplace back with wooden fireplace mantle that comes with working burning embers. Cottage has wood floor and wood beam ceiling. Second floor has the small side window and wood floors. Cottage is wired and electrified with LED strip light on second floor and 2 light bulbs on first floor, one in bay window alcove and one in center of first floor ceiling. Cottage comes with lead in wire and transformer. Cottage is signed and dated by Artisan.
