The New House

This house is so new it truly does not have a name yet! The assembled dollhouse is made of 3/8" baltic birch cabinet grade. It has five rooms. The finished picture below are for illustration only. The house is assembled and the window are doors are just tacked so that they can be removed for painting and finishing. Roofing and painting available at a additional cost.

• This house will be shipped either with UPS or FEDEX which ever is less expensive
• Because of the weight of assembled dollhouses or kits the shipping charges will be billed separately from the cost of the dollhouse or kit.
