The New House Assembled Shell

This name original came about because it was created and no name was given. Now the name has just stuck.  The assembled dollhouse is made of 3/8" Baltic birch cabinet grade. It has five rooms. The finished picture below are for illustration only. The house is assembled and the window are doors are just tacked so that they can be removed for painting and finishing.  Please note the dollhouse is not painted or shingled.  This assembled shell dollhouse regular price is 639.99.  We are selling the last one on clearance for $325.00.
