This Top Hat is Handmade by Prestige Leather. Shirley and George Petersen have been handcrafting miniatures for over 20 years. They have created their own patterns and use thin leather or suede, which they dye themselves and cut by hand, to create perfectly scaled items. Top Hat is made of 100% Leather and comes in Black.
