This Vendor Cart with scales is handmade by Artisan Fred Cobbs.  Piece is done in wood with soldered metal base with wheels.  Top of Cart has a variety of scales, which are also made of soldered metal and copper.  Piece is made by look rusty.  Piece is signed and dated by Artisan.
