Victorian Bonnet, Blue, Pink

This Victorian Bonnet is a very Rare piece by Artisan Mary Joan Dowd.  Bonnet is done in a light blue with pink roses and trimmed in black.  Beautifully made

A pretty hue of light blue silk covers a frame of this gorgeous high brim spoon bonnet. The crown is decorated with matching braided light blue ruffled trim, light blue silk ribbon trim, wide pleated light blue silk ribbon, and completely edged in double braided and ruffled light blue trim. The back of the crown is decorated in matching trims. The under brim is decorated with layers of black lace, and on the exterior, a cap of pink silk rosettes, and loops of light blue silk ribbons. Long light blue colored silk ribbon ties to keep the bonnet in place on a lucky art doll.
